HALF THE EPSTEIN FILES ARE STILL MISSING. WHERE ARE THEY, MR BLANCHE?
The DOJ found about 6 million Epstein pages and released about 3.5 million. Jesse Saunders asks Todd Blanche where the rest are.

There comes a point when "trust us" stops being an answer and starts sounding like an insult.
On the Epstein files, we passed that point a long time ago.
A clip circulating online shows Alan Dershowitz making a claim that should have every American demanding answers.

It isn't new.
It first aired on The Sean Spicer Show on March 19, 2025.
But it is doing the rounds again for one simple reason: the question he raised has never been answered.
Here is what he said:
"I know for a fact documents are being suppressed."
"They're being suppressed to protect individuals."
"I know the names of the individuals."
"I know why they're being suppressed."
"I know who's suppressing them."
"But I'm bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases, and I can't disclose what I know."
Read that again.
He says he knows the names.
He says he knows why.
He says he knows who is doing the suppressing.
This isn't some anonymous account with a grudge.
Dershowitz was part of Epstein's defense team, the team that negotiated the 2007 federal non-prosecution agreement that let Epstein walk away with a state plea deal in Florida.
If anyone has seen behind the curtain, it's him.
Dershowitz has always denied any wrongdoing, and Virginia Giuffre withdrew her allegation against him in 2022, saying she "may have made a mistake."
And he has publicly called for the files to be released with no redactions.
So the man who says he knows the names wants them out.
Why doesn't the Justice Department?
THE MISSING HALF
Let's look at the numbers, because they tell the story.
President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act on November 19, 2025.
The deadline for release was December 19.
The DOJ missed it.
On January 30, 2026, the department announced it had published about 3.5 million pages and declared its obligations complete.
But the DOJ itself identified about 6 million potentially responsive pages.
That leaves millions of pages the public has never seen.

Is the second half of the files being held up?
Are we ever going to see it?
Or are we simply expected to accept "we're done" and move on?
THE DOJ IS FIGHTING IN COURT
If the department has nothing to hide, why is it fighting so hard?
In June, Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that the law requires disclosure.
The DOJ appealed that ruling and tried to have the case ended.
Now the judge has ordered the department to file redacted FBI interview notes by noon on October 16.
That is not the behavior of a department racing to put everything on the table.
That is the behavior of a department dragging its feet until a judge forces its hand.
And the man in charge of that process is Todd Blanche.
Pam Bondi told Congress that Blanche "was in charge of the process and the entire release."
He is now Acting Attorney General.

So, Mr Blanche, here are my questions.
What is in the pages you haven't released?
Who decided to hold them back?
Why is your department appealing a ruling that says the law means what it says?
HAVE WE BEEN BETRAYED?
This is where I get angry.
I supported President Trump because he promised to take on a system that protects the powerful.
He signed the law.
He gave us the promise of transparency.
So I have to ask the question millions of his supporters are asking right now.
Has the Trump White House given up on the Epstein files?
Have we been betrayed?
The White House says the President has done more for Epstein's victims than anyone before him.
Signing the law was a real step.
But a law means nothing if the department charged with obeying it stalls, appeals and runs out the clock.
Loyalty is not a blank check.
Supporting the President means holding his administration to the promise he made, not making excuses when it falls short.
THIS IS A RED LINE
Remember what this case is about.
A convicted sex offender ran an operation that preyed on vulnerable girls and young women, with connections reaching some of the most powerful people on the planet.
Someone helped him.
Someone protected him.
And in my view, someone is still being protected now.
No special treatment for billionaires.
No special treatment for politicians.
No special treatment for celebrities.
No special treatment for anyone on my own side.
People need to pay for what they've done.
The victims have waited long enough.
The public has waited long enough.
Mr Blanche, the October 16 deadline is coming.
The excuses have run out.
Release the rest of the files.
Release the names.
Then deliver accountability and consequences for every single person who helped Epstein do what he did.
