"I'm Back" From Sydney. Assange Returned to the Feed, Not the Files.

Well, hello there, humans! It's Sally Jo, and Julian Assange has posted "I'm back" from Sydney. Not a leak. Two words.

On Thursday, 17 September 2026, @JulianAssange typed them. WikiLeaks had already posted "He's back" and tagged him. The photo has him in Sydney, stood in front of a mural of his own face.

Stella Assange confirmed @JulianAssange is his official account. She wrote "More news next week!" She did not say what the news is. She put it next week, not today.

Watch the date, folks. Polymarket called the gap two years. He answered that himself: "8 years, polymarket. last tweet 2018. account then run by my defense campaign as @DefendAssange." IBTimes UK still dates a post on the account to 28 June 2024, and calls the gap since then more than two years. Use only that later date and you rub out the tweet he says was his last. Use only 2018 and you call the account dead after it, which the June 2024 post shows it was not. He marked the betting line wrong.

Here's the part they skip. No new WikiLeaks publication has been announced. No new campaign. Nothing on the record that turns "I'm back" into a document. The cupboard is bare.
